We deliver to all areas within mainland Australia and Tasmania.
For Home Delivery orders we will accept a street address. We do not deliver to an international address.
All orders for home delivery are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse in Queensland. If the parcel/s exceed Australia Post size limitations then courier services such as Couriers Please, Toll Ipec Road or TNT will be utilised with authority to leave.
Home delivery orders will be delivered to your nominated address between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
All orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Delivery lead time will vary depending on your location.
Once your order has been sent from our Brisbane warehouse, we’ll send you a confirmation email which will include a tracking number.
If there's no authorised person at the delivery address to sign for the parcel then the delivery driver will leave it at your doorstep unless instructed otherwise.
Once your parcel has been signed for, you will be responsible for any damage or loss to your items.
If you have not received your parcel or pickup notification from your store within ten working days of ordering or your parcel has arrived damaged, please contact us at email@example.com or call 07 3271 2224 between 9.00am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday AEST.
